CEDR North Campus End of Project Report

This final report documents the delivery of the Centre of Excellence for Decarbonising Roads, North Campus under the ADEPT Live Labs 2 programme. It sets out the project’s objectives, governance and workstreams, including the Knowledge Bank, innovation funnel and smart materials testing. The report summarises live trials, carbon, technical and operational evaluations, behaviour change research, innovation support programmes and scaling into business-as-usual. It also captures lessons learned, what did not progress, opportunities for future change, and the long‑term legacy for local authorities and the wider UK local roads sector.
