This end of project report summarises the delivery, findings and lessons learned from the Centre of Excellence for Decarbonising Roads (CEDR) South Campus programme. It provides an overview of the demonstrator trials, technical testing, carbon assessment and knowledge-sharing activity undertaken across pothole repair, surface treatments and resurfacing, and sets out how the programme has contributed to building a stronger evidence base for lower-carbon local road maintenance. The report is intended for highway practitioners, asset managers, decision-makers and wider sector stakeholders, and should be read alongside the more detailed technical outputs and case studies that will continue to be published through the CEDR online knowledge bank.
