Supporting pathways into highways and infrastructure careers has never been more important. The industry has been facing an ageing workforce and competing sectors within a global jobs marketplace for years. Kier, alongside all providers, central and local government and supporting institutions have developed strategies and programmes to meet this challenge. This session details the Kier approach and stresses the importance of the whole sector working together to maximise the impact of our efforts.
