National Traffic Managers' Conference 2023

The 5th National Traffic Managers' Conference takes place at Northampton Saints Rugby Club on Thursday 5th October.

This year we will be looking at Preparing, delivering and managing resilient road networks, focusing on coming changes in our road networks and what we have learned from key events of the last 12 months.

We are delighted to confirm that Roads & Local Transport Minister Richard Holden MP will be introducing the conference.

There will also be talks on resilience in the face of climate change, EV charging infrastructure, active travel and Live Labs 2 - decarbonising local roads.

This event is open to all, both members and non-members of ADEPT, and is free of charge, thanks to our sponsors and exhibitors one.network, AppyWay, National Highways, StarTraq, Brightly and GeoPlace.

The conference will be going ahead despite the ASLEF rail strike on 4th October and overtime ban 2nd-6th October. Trains will be running on 5th October, although it is likely that timetables will be amended. We ask all delegates to check travel plans in advance of the conference. The venue has ample free parking and details will be sent to all delegates ahead of the event.
