ADEPT Digital Academy - introductory webinar
The ADEPT Digital Academy is a new initiative designed to accelerate digital and data transformation across local authorities. Developed in partnership with Multiverse, the leading provider of applied digital and data skills, the academy will equip place directors and their teams with the capabilities to lead change, use data more effectively and deliver better outcomes for people and places. The programme will be funded by the Apprenticeship Levy.
What is the ADEPT Digital Academy?
The ADEPT Digital Academy is a bespoke learning and development programme for ADEPT local authority members. It combines hands-on, role-relevant data training with expert coaching and community learning. The academy is designed to respond directly to the challenges and opportunities local authorities are facing – from climate action and infrastructure to inclusive growth and digital delivery. It’s fully funded by the Apprenticeship Levy.
What’s the offer?
We are inviting place directors and their teams to attend an introductory webinar to learn more about what this unique programme offers. The session will cover how the academy works, who it’s for and how it supports your organisation’s priorities. It will also showcase how digital and data skills can enhance service delivery, improve decision making, and future proof your workforce. It will run as a year-long pilot programme, starting in the autumn.
